What’s all this about then?

This is Susan and Pete’s blog. We seem to go about things in a bit of an aroundabout way. At the moment we’re travelling to Australia…Our rough plan is to take about six or seven months travelling from west to east (with a few loops here and there). We’re thinking we’ll spend a couple of months winding our way from Paris to St Petersburg. Then we’ll take the Trans Mongolian from Moscow to Beijing. We’ll spend a couple of months taking a look around China before heading down through Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.

Of course we might get as far as Rome and decide we’ve had enough… Who knows?

We’re going to take it as it comes. It’ll be a bit of an adventure and who knows what’ll happen.

We figured it would be a good idea to write some of our experiences down though and so that’s what this blog is about.

Note of apology: I`m in a “cybercafe” in Marsailles struggling not only with a strange, French keyboard but also with having to use Internet Explorer 6. I built this site in a bit of a hurry (excuses, excuses) and so didn’t test it much in browsers other than Firefox. Most of you are probably using Internet Explorer so you might notice a broken line here or there. Sorry about that…
